.:: Nobody wants to be lonely ::.

Today's driving is not bad.. i kind of enjoyed the lesson. [^_^] I learn to make u-turns and the procedures necessary to follow when making lane changes. The lesson is mostly on changing from left lanes to right lanes and vice-versa. *hehe* It's really not that difficult to change lanes after all. [^_^] 45mins really passes very fast.. soon, it's already time for me to go home for lunch. After lunch, me did up a little more of cross-stitch and arranged those photos that dear and me took on our 1st mth anniversary using photoshop. Then went Target to develop the photos but then the one that i designed didn't print out well.. haiz.. never mind, i'm going to make it smaller and develop it again. Hey, the prints are much cheaper now.. 20cents instead of 25 cents per piece wor. hehe.. not bad.. [*_*] Other than Target, i also went to Pier1 Imports and bought tealight candles, small crane box and a cushion.

Now, i'm going to blog something interesting that i've read in a book. Nobody wants to be lonely..

Why is having someone special so important to us human beings? Not just for companionship, for safety, or for convenience, but because we have a need to express ourselves emotionally and intellectually, we all need someone we can trust to talk to, share our experiences, and bounce our ideas off. We want someone with whom we can share life's pleasures and, most important, someone to give us feedback - to respond to what we say and let us know how we're doing. We need someone to witness us, validate us, make us feel complete.

When two people communicate openly and regularly, expressing their feelings and emotions, they give each other reassurance & hope and a connection to the future. We find all of this and more when we express ourselves in love. Scientists have proof that the emotional feedback shared between two people in love balances, regulates, and influences their vital body rhythms and keeps them healthy. Heart rate, blood pleasure, hormone balance, and blood sugar absorption all are improved when two people become emotionally united in love. In other words, that old expression "They've got real chemistry" isn't merely a metaphor. People in love don't just come alive, they tend to stay alive and live richer, healthier, more exciting, and longer lives.
