Attended church service as usual today. While listening to Pastor Bruce telling us about drawing near to Jesus in the last part, i suddenly realize that i've been to church for more than a year already but i'm still not close to God. I felt sad at that juncture and knew that it's my fault. Initially i was really enthusiastic about reading and knowing God's words but that kind of enthusiasm had kind of die off as months pass by. Maybe it's due to my busy schedule of poly life with lots of projects and homeworks to do.. following that is my busy working life. Then as time passes by, i didn't read my bible anymore except during sunday services. Since my dad came back from Virgina, mum and i had stopped going to church.. giving the excuse that we had to pack our boxes and luggages. Until we came here, then we started going to church once again.. with my dad going with us this time. Initially, heard from Christopher that he don't really like this church and my opinion of it is not too good either after hearing from him and didn't feel like going too. But then dad says we will go there and take a look and see how it goes.. told me that we are not comfortable with this church then we can change another one.. but we must at least go there and experience it before we make any comments. I really didn't regret my choice of listening to my dad.. i kind of like this church the first time i went there. Thereafter, dear also came to church with me. I'm really glad that i'm being brought back to church once again. Now, i've started reading the Children's bible to get to know about the summary of the whole bible. Hope that i will be able to get closer to God and accept Christ into my life one day. But first and foremost, i have to discipline myself to read God's words, the Bible, daily and learn to put my trust and faith in Him in whatever i do.

After church, actually wanted to go Crocket Barrel for lunch but then daddy can't find it. On the way to Thornydale road, i saw a blue Dodge Neon car on I-10.. thought it's dear car though it's not quite possible that dear will travel on I-10 back home. Both our cars exited the freeway at the same exit, then at the traffic light.. i realised that it's a middle-age guy driver.. not dear. Talking about lunch, we went to "Jerry Bobs".. i had a plate of Filet of Catfish with fries and 2 mashed potatoes. It's really very filling and I was like "Oh no, we really need to exercise while shopping at Basha's later" *hahah* [*_*] Then while walking to Basha's, i saw Pictures-N-Pages and went in to take a look. In the end, i sign up for its membership program and bought lots of scrapbooking stuffs from there. [^_^] I spent about 20bucks there including the membership fees which i spilt half with my mum. Hmm, not too bad right? Dear, i didn't spent like 50bucks. *hahah* Ok, after that, we went to buy groceries at Basha's and i helped my dad to sign up for the Basha's card. The things over there doesn't seem cheaper to me as compared to other supermarkets. Following that, we went to Target and i bought a pot of Maple Leaf plant while mum bought a pot of Lilies. [^_^] They were really nice!

Came home, then watch a chinese movie staring Andy Lau and Sammi Cheng. Hmm, i can't remember the title of that show. Anyway, it's a so-so movie only.. not really that nice. While watching that dvd, dad cooked chicken curry and mum and i watched while eating. Then, after finished the movie, went to bathe and i'm online chatting with dear and blogging till now.. 10pm already. Got to go soon.. coz mummy wanna use the comp to blog later. Bye everyone!
