Today, i went for my first driving lesson. It was fun and it's not as scary as what i thought it would be to drive on the road. *haha* Guess what the instructor (David) asked when i opened my door? He asked who is going to learn driving from him? I raised up my right hand and said i'm the one. He was like "huh? how old are you? Can i see your instructor's permit". *haha* Told him that i'll be turing 21 this coming July. Then he told mum and me that i don't look like i'm 20. *hahah*

Then we proceeded to his car and we chatted quite alot. He asked if i'm introduced to him by Aunt Juliet and Christopher. Wah! So smart of him. He asked if i had driven before and wanted to test my driving skills. He drove all the way to Linda Vista and drop me off the road and asked me to take over the wheel. This happened exactly the same as what dear had told me. I travelled all the way to the dead end of the road and made a u-turn.. then along the way, i passed by a school zone and some roads with constructions going on. I think i pass by Magee, Lambert Lane as well as Oracle Road. It's been a long drive.. drove for about 40mins non-stop until i reached home. *haha* I didn't even realized that i'm able to drive on roads with traffic lights and made left and right turns with so many vehicles on the road. *haha* My first lesson is not bad wor. I really agrees with David that the 38bucks is really not wasted. I've learnt lots of things from him and that i've also gain the confidence to drive on the road. Thanks for your luck, Rachel. *wink* Hope that tml's lesson will go on smoothly like today's and that it will be as enjoyable and fun. *grin*
